Your moral value system always remains intact, even during hypnosis. This means that you only reveal those things that you would tell me if you were fully conscious and awake.
It is important to know that only you can control your own inner will. With the help of your residual consciousness, it is therefore possible to maintain complete control over yourself.
Hypnosis is not related to the state of sleep or unconsciousness. In some exceptions, however, hypnosis may put you into a natural sleep. However, I will also bring you out of this immediately after our session and guide you back to waking consciousness.
During the hypnosis process, your ability to remember is heightened in order to recognize the actual causes of your issues. The depth of the trance and the suggestions you are given also play a significant role. It is important to know that you can hear, understand and perceive all external noises and also the conversations we have during hypnosis.
As with other forms of therapy, I cannot promise you a cure with hypnosis. Nevertheless, the chance of success is very high.
