The following GTC apply to all offers and contracts of Light Hypnosis Durmaz, in particular for online training programs, workshops, coaching and mentoring services.
By making a booking or placing an order, the customer accepts the applicable GTC.
The complete GTC will be made available to the customer before the contract is concluded and must be expressly accepted.
Right of withdrawal
Customers from the EU have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Light Hypnosis Durmaz, Herrenweg 60, 4123 Allschwil, info@light-hypnosis.ch) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail).
In the case of digital products that are made immediately accessible (e.g. online training programs), the right of withdrawal expires as soon as you expressly agree that we begin with the execution.
Note for Swiss customers: In Switzerland, there is no general statutory right of withdrawal for digital services. However, we voluntarily grant a 14-day withdrawal period after conclusion of the contract if access to digital content has not yet been activated.
Privacy policy
We process personal data (name, address, payment data, e-mail) exclusively for the processing of our services (e.g. online training, coaching, payment processing).
The data will not be passed on to third parties, except to commissioned payment providers (e.g. Klarna, Stripe, CembraPay), insofar as this is necessary for contract processing.

In addition to individual and group sessions, Light Hypnosis Durmaz also offers comprehensive online training programs in hypnosis and coaching.
These include digital learning content, live calls, workshops and supplementary materials.
The participation fee varies depending on the offer and can be paid as a one-off payment or via the installment payment models offered.
Payment is processed via authorized payment providers such as Klarna or CembraPay.
